What are hours for the leasing office?

The leasing office is open 9 AM - 6 PM, M-F, 10 AM - 5 PM on Saturday, and 1 PM - 5 PM on Sunday. The leasing office is closed for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. 

What are the hours for the pool?

​The pool is open from 10 AM - 10 PM, daily.

Is renter's insurance required?

Renter's insurance is required; a minimum $100k personal liability policy is required, and all leaseholders must be listed as insured.

What utilities are NOT included in the rent?

​Residents are responsible for Water/Waste Water/Sewage/Electricity/Gas. (Electricity and gas to be paid separately to resident's provider of choice.)

Do you have package lockers/how do I get my packages?

​Yes. We provide resident package lockers as one of our amenities.

Do you have grills?

​Yes, we provide gas BBQ grills for our residents' use. 

What is the smoking policy?

​Smoking is not allowed in common areas/amenities around the community

Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?

​Yes! We are a pet-friendly community. The pet policy states Two Pet Maximum per apartment home - Pet Deposit $200 per pet - Non-refundable Pet Fee $300 per pet - Pet Rent $25 per pet. Breed restrictions apply.

What is the parking situation?

​Reserved/Assigned Parking available for $60. Parking Garage available at no cost. Please contact our leasing office for additional parking information.

Do the apartments have washers/dryers?

​Yes, each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer. 

Do the apartments have a dishwasher?

​Yes, dishwashers are part of the appliance package in our apartments.

What kind of kitchen appliances are in the apartment?

​Our chef-inspired kitchens feature a stainless steel appliance package. 

Does the apartment come with a microwave?

​Yes, each apartment has a microwave installed for your convenience.
